Service Description
In this class we'll be learning how to create wonderful Art on your Ipad. This is a beginner course for children to help you become more comfortable with digital painting acquiring skills that you can use for a lifetime! I will be closely assisting and teaching you how to use the tools on Procreate. Book Now to be apart of our quarterly classes, friends and lets have a great time painting ! DISCLAIMER: CLUTCH FAM MEMBERS Get per session waived off and only pay once a month - GOLD PLAN ONLY(Contact me for details) - You also will receive access to our Online Video Courses with Subscription. MAX CAPACITY: 10 Participants per class. AGE LIMIT: Preferably 5 to 16. Children under 8 must have parental supervision at all times. REQUIREMENTS 1. Ipad 2. Zoom App If Online 3. Secondary Device for Zoom * if attending Online. 4. Purchase Procreate App ($12 one time purchase from App store) BOOKINGS FROM 5PM-6PM ARE FOR AGES 5-7 - Mondays, Parents attendance required. BOOKINGS FROM 5PM-6PM ARE FOR AGES 8-10 Wednesdays, Parents attendance is optional. BOOKINGS FROM 5PM-6PM ARE FOR AGES 11-12 Fridays Parents attendance is optional. All children can join any classes but please note that the age range and understand the teaching will be simplified for the group. If any children miss a class they can follow along on Zoom or with my online courses.

Cancellation Policy
ClutchArt91 Art Course Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1. Booking Policy All classes must be booked online through the official ClutchArt91 booking page. Parents will receive class reminders and updates through WhatsApp, so a valid phone number is required at registration. If a class becomes full, parents may join the waitlist or book any other available session during the week. 2. Parent Cancellation Policy There are no cancellation fees for any class. If you need to cancel, please notify me as early as possible. I kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice before the class start time so that the spot may be offered to another student. Last-minute cancellations are understandable, but frequent no-shows may limit access to future classes to ensure fairness for all students. 3. Instructor Cancellation / Emergencies In the event that I need to cancel a class due to an emergency or unexpected situation, I will: Notify all parents through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Offer the option to reschedule into another class during the week or apply the booking to a future session. There will never be any fees or penalties if I cancel a class. 4. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your child at any time into another open class during the week (subject to availability). If you cancel a class, you are welcome to move your booking to any other available session—no penalty, no fees. 5. Communication All class reminders, updates, cancellations, and event announcements will be sent through WhatsApp for fast and clear communication. Please make sure your WhatsApp number is accurate and that you check messages before class time.
